No, 'Picture Viewer PV64' never touch the registry data.
'Picture Viewer PV64' is configured by several files which are stored into [pv\savedata].

Why the view window of 'Picture Viewer PV64' doesn't render image file sometimes?

It is by the activation of 'Picture Viewer PV64'.
Current version has been programed to make no rendering image
if Windows doesn't detect the activation of 'Picture Viewer PV64'.
We may change this feature by request.

'Aphrodite Engine' was created as a rendering engine for GAME contents.
It features rendering as a screen layer, for example scrolling background image, etc...
